[For First-Time Users] Course Enrollment

Since Science Tokyo LMS and Science Tokyo MORE manage courses differently, the process by which users are enrolled in courses also differs.

In Science Tokyo LMS, users are automatically enrolled in courses based on course assignment information (for instructors) and enrollment information (for students) in the academic affairs system.

For science and engineering students, enrollment is reflected the day after submitting a course registration in the Academic Affairs Web System. For medical and dental students, enrollment is reflected after batch registration is performed by the Academic Affairs Office.

For members such as TAs or course assistants who are not managed by the academic affairs system but still need course access, individual enrollment is possible using the self-enrollment feature.

In Science Tokyo MORE, course administrators can batch-enroll users, and self-enrollment is also available.
