To view the students and Faculty enrolled in a course, use the "Participants" screen. Access it by selecting "Participants" from the menu at the top of the course screen.

The participants table shows all users enrolled in the course.
- Name: The name registered in LMS/MORE is displayed.
- Student ID: In LMS, the student ID is displayed only for students. It is not shown for Faculty users.
- Role: The role assigned to the user in the course is displayed.
- Group: If the group feature is in use, the user's assigned group is displayed here.
- Last course access: The time elapsed since the last access is displayed.
- Status: Normally "Active." Users with a status other than Active cannot view the course.
Searching for Users
You can search fFaculty/Staffs by entering search conditions in the form at the top of the screen to apply a filter to the table.
For searching by name, use the "Keyword" field.

After entering conditions and clicking "Apply filters," the applied conditions are displayed as badges to the right of the form. To remove an unwanted condition, click x.

After setting conditions, click "Apply Faculty/Staff" to display only the users that match the criteria.If no users match
Downloading the User List
The list of students enrolled in each course can be downloaded from the Grader Report.
Select "Grades" from the menu at the top of the course screen to display the Grader Report screen.

Click "Grader report" and select "Export" from the dropdown menu. To download in Excel format, select "Excel spreadsheet" as the export format.
Then click "Download" at the bottom-right of the screen to download the file.
