[For New Users] Course Enrolment

Because Science Tokyo LMS and Science Tokyo MORE manage courses differently, the process for enrolling users in courses differs between the two systems.

In Science Tokyo LMS, users are automatically enrolled in courses based on information about instructors assigned to courses and students’ course registrations.

For Science and Engineering students, course registration is reflected in the LMS on the day after they register for courses in the Web system for S&F. For Medical and Dental Sciences students, it is reflected after the Student Division performs bulk registration.

For users such as TAs or course assistants who are not managed in the Web system for S&F but need access to a course, individual enrolment is possible using the self enrolment feature.

In Science Tokyo MORE, course administrators can enrol users in bulk. Self enrolment is also available.
