By using the Shared Folder feature in Mediasite, multiple users can manage videos together.
To create a new shared folder, or to add managing members to an existing shared folder, apply using the form below.
Application for Mediasite Shared Folder Use

- Course name and course code (a code in the format "XXX.X999")
- Names and email addresses (Science Tokyo Gmail addresses) of the users to be added to the shared folder
Launch My Mediasite from the Mediasite Video Management course and check that the shared folder is displayed in the menu on the left side of the screen. Then move your uploaded videos into the shared folder to manage them together within the shared folder.
