Science Tokyo LMS and Science Tokyo MORE automatically create accounts based on user data held by the Science Tokyo Authentication System. For faculty and staff user data, the romanized name data in the Science Tokyo Authentication System may be incorrect, causing an incorrect romanized name to be displayed in LMS or MORE.
To address this issue, LMS and MORE overwrite faculty and staff names using data from the Web system for S&F. This is performed irregularly, but usually around April and September, when there are many new appointees.
If your romanized name is displayed incorrectly, please wait until the overwrite update is performed.
